The City of Emberhold
Use /city to travel between locations:
Ember Gate
Explore the world and embark on Expeditions to distant lands.
Shrine of the Everflame
Restore your health and cleanse debuffs at the sacred shrine.
Cinder Market
Buy equipment, consumables, and sell your unwanted items.
The Ashring
Test your combat skills in the arena or face random encounters.

Gather a party and delve into dangerous dungeons together.

🔍 Explore
Location: Ember Gate → Explore button
A quick solo outing with a short cooldown. Each explore triggers a random event:
- Combat — Fight enemies for XP and loot
- Rumors — Discover hints about hidden locations
- Resources — Find gold, items, or consumables
- Story — Narrative moments with choices
Exploring reveals rumors that unlock new areas on /map.
🧭 Expedition
Location: Ember Gate → Expedition button
A longer multi-stage journey with greater risk and reward:
- Prepare — Choose destination and supplies
- Travel — Face obstacles, combat, and discoveries
- Arrive — Reach your goal for rewards
⚠️ Expeditions can fail! Use /markers to recover lost progress.

How to Travel
- Visit The Ember Gate in Emberhold
- Click World Travel
- Use the tab buttons to browse location types
- Select a destination from the dropdown
- Review the travel cost and danger level
- Confirm to travel!
Use /city when in Emberhold, or /location when exploring the world.
